Darlene truly is the heart of our district. She’s the best secretary anyone could ask for. She’s always there, always willing to help, and she keeps everything running even on the craziest days. Today, we just want to show up for her the same way she’s always shown up for all of us.

Heading to the back 9!

Every day is a great day to be a Bulldog, but yesterday was just a little bit better! Words can’t describe how proud we are of our guys and girl competing in their respective All “A” State Championships in Richmond yesterday. Ryleigh Griffith finished 11th place out of 112 participants. This Top 12 finish was a huge accomplishment for Ryleigh earning her All State points. Our boys’ team registered a phenomenal team score of (+2) 290 to hold off a super talented LCA team by 2 strokes to earn the title of 2025 All “A” Classic State Champions. I can’t emphasize how gritty these guys were yesterday, playing in the cold rain and tallying a combined score of (-3) down the stretch on the last 6 holes. It was an amazing team effort to bring the hardware home. Individually, Brayden Baker earned the win and was named All “A” Classic Individual State Champion with a score of (-3) 69. Brayden was clutch on the back 9 shooting a (-3) 33 after going even par on the front 9. Noah Mullins finished 2nd individually with a score of (-2) 70 and Waylon Clutts continued his solid play, finishing 6th with a (-1) 71. Noah and Waylon both sank tough birdie putts on 18 to seal the win. Eli Johnson finished out the team scoring with an 80 including 4 crucial pars on the last 5 holes. Havok McLean registered his first career birdie in a tournament and shot his tournament personal best 87. We will post later in the week about an exciting opportunity for our guys coming up next weekend. GO DAWGS!!!
